Pancakes are fluffy (which is the main reason why people come here to eat). I ordered the classic ones and butter cream. The taste is simple (in a good way) the whipped cream and butter cream goes really well with the pancakes. Service is a bit slow because everything is made at the moment (it seems they get lots of online orders too) by the limited the staff.
