It took a trip to Vietnam to discover that there was a special level of Starbucks. The Starbucks Reserve offers specialty coffees paired with unique brewing methods. In my case I opted for a Costa Rica Honey Processed brewed by a siphon technique. The end result was terrific. There are two levels to the Hanoi location. The first floor offers two counters, one dedicated to the speciality coffees and brewing methods. Good place to visit. All that being said, I really preferred Cong Caphe just down the street by the Cathedral. The traditional decor and focus on Vietnamese coffee was truly special.
