Tried out 3 different well-known pho in Hanoi, and they are all unique on its own.
At Pho 10, the broth is just perfectly delicious, tasting right in the middle between light and bold.
The beef in particular taste the best amongst the other well known.
The shop is also air conditioned, instantly cool down after a hot day and can enjoy the hot pho in comfort.
