This visit to the Starbucks Reserve beat all of my expectations. Firstly, the store is very clean and the staff speak very good English which is helpful in Hanoi. The customer service here was excellent as expected. The store has your traditional Starbucks side as well as a reserve. Ended up ordering a coffee from the Reserve side of the store. It was my first time trying a Sparkling Espresso with mint and it was delicious! As an avid Starbucks fan I was blown away by the amount of mugs they had available for sale. They had Icon, Relief, You are here series and Been there series mugs , demitasse, tumblers and ornaments. Will definitely visit again.
