Tried out 3 different well-known pho in Hanoi, and they are all unique on its own.
At Pho 10, the broth is just perfectly delicious, tasting right in the middle between light and bold.
The beef in particular taste the best amongst the other well known.
The shop is also air conditioned, instantly cool down after a hot day and can enjoy the hot pho in comfort.

Tô phở đầy và ngon. Nước lèo ngon, mình sợ nhất phở HN mà nước mặn quá hay có nhiều bột ngọt ăn rất sợ nhưng ở đây có nước lèo rất dễ ăn hợp khẩu vị. Chất lượng thịt bò rất tuyệt. Mình đánh giá cao về phần thịt lắm á. Các bạn ra HN du lịch hãy ghé đây ăn nhá, tại đúng địa chỉ này luôn á rất gần nhà thờ lớn nên tiện đi dạo tham quan luôn ạ.

This will be my bias review, and this is the best noodles i have tasted so far. This has par level with bone marrow soup(bulalo) from the philippines and laksa, and other thai noodle soup should drop next to this King.
Again, choose this store, some will appear on your quick google search, but this is the OG.

Service was super quick. We pretty much inhaled the pho instead of eating it. So good!
The broth was rich but light, stacked limes and chilli were a nice touch. Go very carefully with the chilli, it packs a punch.

The moment you entered Pho 10, you can smell it and sure the pho is delicious. And yes delicious and highly recommended.
